Our Technology Department consists of seven qualified employees, thanks to whom we are able to create newer and more innovative applications. Continuous improvement allows us to meet our customers’ expectations even more.

Blown film production is the basic activity of the Bogucki Folie company. Qualified staff, reliable IT system and high-quality equipment enable us to create products tailored to the needs of even the most demanding customers.

As part of the CAST film production process, melted plastic is poured through a flat head to form a film. An air knife and a vacuum chamber are used to press the film to the chrome surface of a water-cooled roller. Thanks to the very rapid cooling, pouring achieves much higher performance than blow moulding technologies, with greater control..

The portfolio of our services includes flexographic printing. Our printing house is equipped with a machine park that enables us to make flexographic imprints up to 10 colours with a maximum print width to 1250mm and a maximum report of 1250 mm…

The services we offer to our customers also include heat sealing and confectionery. Depending on the customer’s needs, we can cut, heat seal, perforate or laminate film.

At Bogucki Folie, we place great emphasis on the quality of our products, which is why we control our products at every stage of the production process.

Our services are not limited to film production and shipping. We also offer storage services for the films produced by us.

We provide transportation and logistics services in Poland and Europe. We have 2 cars with a load capacity up to 10.5 tonnes each. In addition, we cooperate with numerous carriers which, in accordance with applicable transportation regulations, deliver our products to customers.

At Bogucki Folie we make sure that our customers receive our support at every stage of the order: from the receipt of the project through the process of its implementation to the application of our products on the packaging lines.
